Now hiring: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in South Tripura, Tripura. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
