We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Suryapet, State of Telangana. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns ₹33,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
