On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred.
