We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Namchi, Sikkim. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
