Canteen cook — Kondagaon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kondagaon, State of Chhattisgarh. You should bring willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. ₹200 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
