Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Madhubani, State of Bihar. Ideally you have sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing; able to keep pace with tight pour schedules; confident working at height on scaffold and decking. You will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations.
