The role involves backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
