Cnc setter-operator • Dhule, State of Maharashtra

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Dhule, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day to day you will load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. You should bring minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls; confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges; willing to work rotating day and night shifts.
