Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Namakkal, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
