We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Uttar Bastar Kanker, State of Chhattisgarh. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request Ideally you have able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; 2+ years experience working as a butcher.
