Gas meter installer • Hnahthial, Mizoram

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Hnahthial, Mizoram. On the job you will handle: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Six days a week, one day off.
