Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Dindigul, State of Tamil Nadu. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Day to day you will set up and start the machine as per the job card; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
