Wood machinist — Bangalore Urban

Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Bangalore Urban, State of Karnataka. On the job you will handle: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level We are looking for own basic hand tools; at least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹17,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
