Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Phek, State of Nagaland. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideally you have good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. ₹19,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
