Meat trimmer — Vizianagaram District

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
