Painter — Uttarkashi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns. You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₹39,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
