Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
