We are looking for knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron; good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges. Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
