Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Siwan, State of Bihar. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. We are looking for previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
