Head baker — Amroha

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to work early-morning and night shifts. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. ₹30,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
