Gas pipe fitter — East Jaintia Hills

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Day to day you will install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
