Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in East Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a bread factory. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should bring able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
