Sewing machine operator — Amritsar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Amritsar, State of Punjab. You will be based at a busy garment factory. You will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Pay around ₹900 per day, based on your experience.
