Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Chitradurga, State of Karnataka. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should bring sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. We offer ₹13,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
