CO2 welder • Kodagu, State of Karnataka

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Kodagu, State of Karnataka. The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
