Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Supaul, State of Bihar. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations On a typical shift you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. ₹54,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
