Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Anantapur, State of Andhra Pradesh. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
