Counter butcher wanted in Charki Dadri

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Charki Dadri, State of Haryana. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled We are looking for comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; confident knife skills and safe blade handling.
