Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Tseminyu, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹230 per hour, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
