Steward wanted in Gurdaspur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Gurdaspur, State of Punjab. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideally you have willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; punctual, reliable and hard-working.
