We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Amritsar, State of Punjab. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Six days a week, one day off.
