Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Anjaw, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should bring quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
