Bakery assistant • Buldhana, State of Maharashtra

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Buldhana, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should bring able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; food handler / hygiene certificate. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
