Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Jaipur, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹18,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
