Join our team: we are hiring an ironing operator in Dohad, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a garment factory. We are looking for physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work; sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings. Day to day you will spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
