Kitchen steward wanted in Tuensang District

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tuensang District, State of Nagaland. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. Six days a week, one day off.
