Urgent requirement: confectioner (State of Haryana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Kaithal, State of Haryana. The job is at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
