What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
