Immediate opening: we are hiring an escalator technician in Hnahthial, Mizoram. You will work at a busy lift company. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On a typical shift you will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; run load and overload tests with test weights. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
