Join our team: carpenter (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in Pulwama, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On a typical shift you will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions. You should bring able to read technical drawings and cutting lists; sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. Full-time, day shift.
