Concrete worker — Karaikal

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete worker in Karaikal, Union Territory of Puducherry. Day-to-day duties: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour You should bring 2+ years on RCC and concreting works; physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
