We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Gurugram district, State of Haryana. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; 2+ years' experience as a baker. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
