Trainee butcher — Longding

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Longding, State of Arunachal Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife We are looking for 2+ years experience working as a butcher; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day.
