Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kinnaur, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Full-time, day shift.
