Bread baker — Kapurthala

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Kapurthala, State of Punjab. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
