Join our team: we are hiring a core maker in South West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹30,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
