Immediate opening: finishing presser (State of Uttarakhand)

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing presser in Bageshwar, State of Uttarakhand. You will work in a garment export house. On the job you will handle: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board We are looking for sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings; able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets; comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment.
