Ideally you have physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls; able to read construction drawings and specifications; good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam. Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape.
