Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Bhandara, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
