Line cook — Kheda

The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around ₹19,500 per month, based on your experience.
